944 Intake Manifold Refinishing

You've done all that work upgrading your Porsche 944, yet one of the most prominently exposed component is looking dull and lifeless... your cast aluminum intake manifold.

If you're about to take the intake manifold off for a new rattle can "spray job"... just stop right there - it's not going to last.

Ship it to our shop and let us:

Clean and degrease the intake.

Media blast it down to clean, bare metal.

Send it through the wash tank enough times to guarantee all media has been removed.

Bake it to off-gas any contaminates.

Spray a base layer of the powder coat color of your choice.*

And if preferred, we will spray a top layer of clear powder to seal in the freshness for years to come (we'll do a gloss clear over gloss base color and a satin clear over matte and wrinkle).
